Healthier Way started life as a book written by our founder, Ian Cox. Ian wrote the book because he saw that many people were struggling to follow a balanced lifestyle, with exercise and healthy eating at its core, and wanted to show that by doing things the right way it is something that can be achieved by almost anyone.

Healthier way was not about being evangelical or angry or going to the extremes of both diet and exercise. It was about a balanced approach to your health but in a way that provides down to earth insights on why many of us don’t seem to be able to make this work.

At it’s core healthier way has 5 main principles, that if followed will improve your health for the better.
