Healthier Way Chicken and Pesto with Beet Noodles
- 8 - 12 oz Healthier Way Frozen Organic Beet Noodles. Fully defrost before cooking.
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch squares
- 3.5 oz basil pesto (or make your own)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a wok or large frying pan heat the oil over a medium – high heat.
- Fry the onion for 2 minutes. The add the chicken and fry for a further 2 minutes. Finally add the Healthier Way Beet Noodles and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the pesto and salt and pepper to taste and combine.
- Serve immediately.
