Healthier Way Chicken and Pesto with Beet Noodles

Serves 2


  • 8 - 12 oz Healthier Way Frozen Organic Beet Noodles. Fully defrost before cooking.
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch squares
  • 3.5 oz basil pesto (or make your own)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a wok or large frying pan heat the oil over a medium – high heat.
  2. Fry the onion for 2 minutes. The add the chicken and fry for a further 2 minutes. Finally add the Healthier Way Beet Noodles and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the pesto and salt and pepper to taste and combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
