Gluten Free Sweet Potato Donuts

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF/ 190°C.
  2. Mix the Healthier Way Sweet Potato Pancake Mix, milk, eggs, banana and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a donut tin. Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes until golden and well risen.
  4. Cool on a wire rack and then top with your favorite glaze.
